My biography

Matt WorlandHello my name is Matt Worland. I have been drafting in AutoCAD® for 11 years. I work for ForeRunner Corporation in Lakewood Colorado. There I am learning a lot about how to design and layout pipe. I have been with ForeRunner for the past two years and I enjoy working with a great group of people. I have played a key role in setting up the standardizaion of CADWorx PID to work with ForeRunner's standards. I have also helped write and maintain their drafting standards. I continue to look for new ways to improve the efficiency of their multiple design departments.

I am also a member of AUGI. I have been a member of AUGI since 2002. I am a moderator of some forums and enjoy learning new tricks from the members.

World Autodesk Users Network (WAUN) is another great group that helps support Autodesk users throughout the world. I have been a member of WAUN since 2004 and continue to learn new things from this rapidly growing group.

Through all of these groups and events I have been able to learn many new and wonderful things as well as build long lasting friendships that are spread from ocean to ocean. If you have an Autodesk® related question or if you have a helpful tip to share, send it this way. I enjoy the challenge of learning new things and helping others.

Another group I am proud to volunteer for is Junior Achievement. Junior Achievement is an outstanding organization that educates students on the importance of setting goals and striving to achieve their life goals. In the past they have had a difficult time finding bi-lingual volunteers. Last September I started taking Spanish classes, to enable me to teach in these classrooms. I will continue my education to learn more about the Spanish culture and their language.

Please visit the links of these groups to the right. I look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,

Matt Worland
